Peningkatan indeks literasi melalui promosi

Libraries with standardized management have a role in increasing the community literacy index. Among the indicators of increasing the literacy index is the addition of visits and borrowing of collections that are available on an ongoing basis. The aim of this research is to determine the strategy for increasing the literacy index in the UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya library through promotion. The research method uses quantitative descriptive, namely the use of numbers in presenting data, explaining and drawing conclusions. The results of the research concluded that there was an increase in the literacy index in the UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya library based on statistical increases in 2023 from the previous year, namely 2022. These include physical visits increasing by 14%, usage of Springer Link e-resources by 429%. User Education Service 220%, internship 275%, reference management training 1400%, and One Day One Post 136%
